Josh is a seasoned compensation leader with over two decades of experience ranging from YouTube to Carta. He currently leads Product Strategy at Carta where he functions as the product manager for Carta Total Compensation's compensation benchmarks. Prior to Carta, Josh spent nearly 7 years as the Head of Compensation at Youtube, where he served as the primary point-of-contact for compensation issues across Google's corporate functions as well as Youtube. He also served as Compensation team liaison to Google's Job Architecture team as the company redesigned its job architecture structure.
